1. The service

RoomRateIQ is a hotel-rate intelligence site: public search, market pages, owner calendar, competitor comps and affiliate click-out to OTAs. Search is free. Owner dashboards and paid plans are for lodging operators.

2. Who may use it

You must be able to form a contract under the law of India. If you open owner tools you confirm you are authorised to set rates for the listed property. Do not use the service to break another site’s terms, including OTA robots rules.

3. Accounts

This public demo does not require a password. A live deployment may add accounts later. You are responsible for rates and notes you save.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping of RoomRateIQ to rebuild a competing feed. No automated hammering of search. No posting of unlawful content. No disguising affiliate links or removing the “may earn a commission” notice.

5. Data on the pages

Catalog prices are modeled. They are not a live quote from Booking, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb or MakeMyTrip. Weather and FX come from public APIs. Owner-entered rates are yours.

6. Affiliate links

Book buttons may include tracking IDs once the operator is enrolled with an OTA. If a guest completes a stay, the OTA may pay RoomRateIQ a commission. Clicks are not a charge to the guest.

7. Plans

Listed plan prices are the catalog. Checkout is not live in this demo. A paid term on a live server renews monthly until cancelled as stated on the invoice.

8. Intellectual property

The RoomRateIQ name, IQ mark, copy and software belong to the operator at Blissful Haven, Edayanchavadi, Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India. You may not copy the product, scrape the catalog, or use the mark on another pricing tool.

9. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for occupancy you miss, a rate you set, or an OTA booking that fails. Recommendations are algorithmic, not a revenue guarantee. Liability, if any, is limited to fees you paid us in the previous three months (zero in this demo).

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Puducherry / Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

12. Cookies

A banner asks you to accept all, keep essentials only, or customise. Necessary storage remembers that choice. Functional storage (compare list, selected listing) is off until you allow it. Details: Cookie policy.
