Experience Host Terms

These terms are part of the RoomRateIQ Terms of Use.

1. RoomRateIQ only lists experiences. We do not organise, run, supervise or insure them, and we are not a party to any agreement or payment between host and guest.

2. By listing, you confirm you are 18 or older, the information is true, and you hold all licences, permits, registrations and insurance required by law for your experience (including food safety, guiding or trade licences where needed), and you pay all taxes, including GST where it applies.

3. You are fully responsible for the safety, quality, price, refunds and conduct of your experience and anyone working with you.

4. Your price must be the full price. No hidden charges. Meet only in the public place or business address you listed.

5. You must follow the Community Rules. Anything sexual, illegal, dangerous without proper safety measures, or misleading is not allowed.

6. We may reject, hide or remove any experience, and suspend any host, at our discretion.

7. You agree to compensate RoomRateIQ and HOST WHALE COM PRIVATE LIMITED for any claim, fine or cost caused by your experience, your guests' injuries or losses, or your breaking any law.
